Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders will be packed and posted within 2 business days of receiving payment. Where possible, all items will be packed using recycled boxes and bubble wrap.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order. We are unable to modify the delivery address after your order is processed and dispatched.
Delivery times are only an estimate and do not consider potential delays, which may arise from custom issues, payment authorisations or natural disasters.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any additional customs charges that may incur.
Australia
Free tracked shipping on all orders over $150.00 AUD within Australia.
Orders under $150 AUD will be charged $20.00 AUD for standard tracked shipping.
New Zealand
For all orders in New Zealand, we offer a flat shipping rate of $30.00 AUD.
International
For all orders outside of Australia, we offer a flat shipping rate of $40.00 AUD.
Returns
Due to the collectible nature of our items, we do not accept returns. Every effort is made to ensure clarity and transparency about the condition of the items. Kindly examine all photos and the product description prior to placing your order.
Toys marketed as brand new and unopened are being sold as collectibles. Unfortunately, we have no means to test the toy.
If you obtain a product that is either defective or damaged beyond what is indicated on the product page, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We determine each request on a case by case basis. In these instances, return postage and handling costs are at the expense of the customer.
We will initiate your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
